Numen Human addresses questions about human needs and the search for security and belonging. The audience is led on a captivating journey through poetic landscape of boxes, bodies and projections.
Numen Human is a collective creation between Wingate, Sámi visual artist Hilde Skancke Pedersen, dance artist Lena Kimming and dance artist Pia Nordin. Also, co-creator is composer Cha Blasco. And for the performance at No Estacionarse – Danza y Movimiento in Mexico the piece was re-choreographed by Wingate, Kimming together with dance artist Ina Dokmo.
Numen Human was created in 2014 has received support from Scenkonst Gerlesborg, Beaivvás Sámi national theater, Gothenburg city and Tanum municipality.
